The villa can sleep up to six people. The cost per week is £470 or $800. Discount is available for longer periods of time or late availability - please contact for more details.
There is a £150 or $250 security deposit which is returned after the departure clean and check.
To book the villa there is a holding deposit of £250 or $450 the remaining rental balance and security deposit is due eight weeks prior to arrival. All bookings within eight weeks of arrival, payment is due in full at time of booking.
Once full payment has been received directions and key collection details are issued. All monies received are confirmed asap.
